Hope you’re having a good one today.. One of the most-requested items that we hear from our clients is that they want to be able to find post-construction photos of the exact house plans they want to buy..

They contact the broker or designer of the home and, in most cases, they do not have any photos for the particular plan they are looking for.

You should know that, in actual practice, obtaining high-quality photos for a built-home is very, very difficult for a designer due to privacy concerns, huge differences in geographic location between designers and home owners, vast differences in how well a home owner “finished out” their home with attractive landscaping / in-house keep up, etc…

As such, if you find a designer that has good photos of a home you’re interested in.. thats great..

They’ve just released a 12 minute walk-through VIDEO tour of one of the most-popular designs in the U.S. The HPG-1800B-1: The Pecan Orchard.

This video will give you a very good idea of the layout, sizing, and flow of the home, and hopefully, this will be helpful for you.
