We just found a new house plans broker website, which seems to really have a easy to use site navigation, and an excellent selection of house plans at www.HomeDesignCentral.com

One thing that we thought was pretty neat, and very different about the site was that on the homepage… they ask you for a general square footage range that you want to search… In speaking with the owners of the site, that is done intentionally to help new visitors from becoming overwhelmed from the enormous number of home plans available on the site..

When you do that initial search, you are THEN presented with a typical advanced home plans search type form where you can further whittle down the results… Great idea in our opinion.
